We are able to produce prototypes of products customers are looking to develop through close collaboration with a pool of selected partners. This usually takes the form of 3D printing. Prototyping gives us the opportunity to test design, function, and performance before manufacturing begins in earnest, ensuring that the final product satisfies your requirements and meets your expectations.
Aluminium prototype tools
If you need low volume series in a hurry, we can engage the services of one of our partners to produce an appropriate aluminium tool. This tool is easier to fabricate and faster to produce compared to a steel tool. Although the service life of an aluminium tool is limited it can, in some cases, produce several thousand parts, depending on the type of plastic used and the geometry.
